At GGA we believe that Pest Prevention is better than the Traditional Pest Control Programs.  Traditional Pest Control involves the routine application of insecticides inside and outside of your home whether they are needed or not.

GGA’s Pest Prevention Program is customized for your home and focuses on inspection and prevention of pests entering your home.  We do not want to use any pesticides in your home unless they are required.

Our approach to Pest Prevention is:

1.  An Initial Inspection

• Assess the problems and identify pests found
• Identify conducive conditions for causing pest problems
• Identify structural problems and sanitation conditions which may contribute to future pest problems.
• Develop a Pest Prevention Program best suited for your home and your environment.

2.   Treatment

Our initial treatment is designed to remove the pests presently entering you home and prevent them from re-entering your home.  This may include the use of dusts, baits, sprays, caulking, copper mesh and other products available for our use.

We will:

• Dust wall voids and other voids where pests may be hiding.
• Treat the attic
• Inspect and treat where necessary other harborage areas on the exterior and interior of the structure.
• Treat the exterior perimeter of the structure.

3.   Continued Prevention

• Inspection and treatment of the exterior perimeter
• Treat insect harborage areas on the exterior
• Inspect and treat interior when necessary.
