Termite Control Programs
GGA Pest Management Services is always on the cutting edge when it comes to your termite and pest control needs. We use the latest technology to help you get rid of your termites. If you are located in Central Texas, Waco, Temple, Belton, Killen and surrounding areas, we can help. GGA offers both liquid and baiting programs for both pretreatments and post-treatments for termite control.
Termites thrive in warm and moist conditions, and with the nearly year round heat and humidity we have in Central Texas, your home is the perfect environment for a lot of termite damage to occur. Since wood is their main source of nourishment termites are infamous for causing millions of dollars in damage to homes, buildings and other wooden structures each year.
The Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System has been a part of our termite control program for over fifteen years. Recently, Dow AgroSciences introduced the Always Active™ program and Recruit HD™ bait as a part of the Sentricon program. When our highly trained termite technician comes out to your home or business, each station placed in the soil will contain a bait tube ready for the termites to start consuming and take back to the colony for distribution to other termites. This affords you quicker elimination of the colony. Once we have termite colony elimination the baits will continue to provide you and your home or business protection against termite damage from newly invading termite colonies, thus giving you peace of mind 365 days a year.
Only select companies have been qualified to sell and service the unique Sentricon® Colony Elimination System, and we are proud to be one of first to achieve this distinction. As a Sentricon® System Authorized Operator, we have extensive training and state-of-the-art data management tools to aid you with your termite control problem. We know how to eliminate termite colonies, and our experienced termite technicians will be happy to share information about how Sentricon® works and how we work with you for colony elimination.
Besides colony elimination, one of the major benefits to the Sentricon® is that there is very little disruption to your property and time. All we have to do is drill a hole every 10 to 12 feet around your house and place the stations. There is no need for us to drill porches and sidewalks or inside your home causing those ugly drill holes. We do not have to dig trenches and disrupt your flower beds and lawn. Sentricon® has received the President’s Green Award for several years as well and protected places such as The White House, The Alamo, Independence Hall, The Statue of Liberty and many other historical sites.
GGA Pest Management Services also offers other termite control products such as Termidor®. Termidor® is a liquid—but that is where the similarities end. Among liquid termiticides, Termidor® is in a far more effective league when it comes to liquid termiticides. Many older liquid termite control liquids are repellents, which termites can not only detect, but also take great pains to stay away from and circumvent. In fact when it comes to termite management and control, given the tiny entry gaps that termites are able to find and easily fit through (1/64 inch), it is virtually impossible to maintain a secure chemical repellent barrier around you home. Since Termidor® is undetectable; termites neither avoid the treatment zone nor try to find a way around it.
Our Full Protection Warranty is included with our termite control services and encompasses retreatment if necessary as well as repair of any new termite damage. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our termite control treatment, we will continue to come back, at no additional cost to you, until you are satisfied. If we are not able to control your termite problem, we will refund your initial treatment cost. So if you’re located in Central Texas, Waco, Temple, Belton, Killeen and surrounding areas contact us today and request your FREE Termite Control Inspection or to inquire about our continued termite control services.
