He wasn't satisfied about his findings, so the following day he returned with Michael to check things out. I made an appointment for a service call. The appointment was scheduled quickly. Robert came to my house on time and as scheduled. He did an inspection, answered all my questions and addressed call my concerns. He give me options and suggestions. He was able to provide the necessary treatment while there. He was super courteous and respectful. He was not pushy in any way. About two weeks later there was a follow up call from the office to confirm everything was okay. Great service. Highly recommend.
